Our Pet Policy

Pet Regulations: Pets Upon Approval
Details: No pet deposit required. Onetime non-refundable pet fee: $300.00 per pet. Pet rent: $25.00 per month/per pet. Two (2) pets permitted per apartment 1 year in age or older. Maximum weight permitted: not to exceed 40 pounds. Breed restrictions apply for the following breeds: Bull Terrier, Bull Mastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepard, Husky, Pitt Bull, Rottweiler, Stafford Terrier. No exotic animals permitted.
